Research Accessories Subscription Terms of Service

Introduction

These Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of our Research Accessories Subscription pack ("Subscription"). By subscribing to or using our Research Accessories pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use our Research Accessories Subscription pack.

Subscription

By subscribing to our Research Accessories subscription pack, you agree to receive access to the Research Accessories pack features, benefits, and/or content in exchange for a recurring subscription fee. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your Subscription in accordance with these Terms.

Billing and Shipping

Your Subscription fee will be charged to your selected credit card every 6 months. The free shipping offer applies only to the Subscription items, and for any additional items ordered outside of the Subscription scope, shipping fees will be applied. We encourage you to make two separate orders, one for the Subscription and another for additional items, especially if you need to use another payment method besides credit card. Please note that all other payment methods are unavailable for this Subscription. You authorize us to charge your credit card for the applicable Subscription fee and any additional charges that may apply, such as taxes or transaction fees. VAT rules are still applied for this Subscription as well.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our customer support or using the account management interface on our website. However, you must pay at least two Subscription fees before you can cancel your Subscription. If you cancel your Subscription before paying two Subscription fees, you agree to be charged for the remaining fees to meet this minimum payment requirement.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Research Accessories pack will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our Research Accessories products, it is not eligible for returns or refunds. By subscribing to our Research Accessories pack, you acknowledge and agree that, once delivered or accessed, the Research Accessories pack cannot be returned, and no refunds will be provided for any reason. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through ourResearch Accessories pack. Your continued use of the Research Accessories subscription pack following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Subscription Terms.
